In the world of outdoor media advertising you may see two options that sound, more or less, like the same thing – electronic billboards and digital billboards. They may sound like the same thing because they actually are the same. Whether referred to by what powers them (electricity) or by the type of display they have (digital) these billboards rotate advertising messages every six to eight seconds on an LED screen. Ads are delivered as a simple file to the electronic or digital billboard rather than printed out and pasted directly on a more traditional, static billboard.
